The Value of Self-Care

We can all agree on the value of self-care and how important it is to each of us.  Self care is making  sure that our bodies are well maintained with diet and exercise and that our mental health is kept in check.  Unfortunately,  in our hurried lives the priority seems to be  about showing up and keeping pace.   In our earnest attempt to keep up with life we fail to protect our peace of mind and our precious bodies. The big question is how do find the balance?
